Hussam AL Azwani

Hussam Alazwani is an Omani producer and actor based in Muscat. He holds a degree in Architecture, which shapes his visual approach and sense of narrative structure. He began in theatre, performing locally and internationally, before moving into film and commercial work.

With over five years acting in cinema and advertising, he brings both a creative and a technical understanding of storytelling. In 2024 he produced the short film Slender, appearing in a supporting role; it won Best Short Film at the Tawasul Short Film Festival in Oman and at the Digital Gateway Short Film Competition In 2025 he produced Today, playing the lead.

He has also directed and produced commercial projects, and is drawn to stories rooted in Omani culture, aiming to bring local narratives to global audiences.
