Biography

My name is Elsie Ngwerume, a Zimbabwean singer currently based in Dubai, UAE. Music has always been my passion and the way I express myself. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a backing vocalist for renowned Zimbabwean gospel artists such as Hannah Mapepeta and Tendekai Ruth Gedion. Those experiences helped shape me as a performer and strengthened my love for music.

Now, I believe it’s time to step out of my comfort zone and pursue my own journey as an artist. Gulf Got Talent is more than just a competition for me it’s an opportunity to share my voice, tell my story, and show the world who I am beyond being a backup singer.

I hope to inspire others to believe in themselves, take bold chances, and never be afraid to follow their dreams. This is my moment, and I’m ready to embrace it with confidence, passion, and gratitude.
