Trained by Dr. Madan Kataria, Founder of Laughter Yoga, and appointed as an Ambassador of Laughter Yoga University, I've helped individuals and organizations across 10+ countries build happier, healthier, and more connected workplaces through engaging keynote sessions, corporate wellness workshops, and interactive team-building experiences.

I've had the privilege of working with leading organizations including PepsiCo, Amazon, Meta, and Landmark Group, helping teams reduce stress, strengthen collaboration, improve resilience, and enhance overall wellbeing. I've also trained over 100 Laughter Yoga Leaders who continue to spread the practice worldwide.
